What is a LEGO® ID account?
A LEGO ID is a user profile created at the LEGO.com website, in a LEGO app or on other LEGO gaming platforms. Your LEGO ID account contains your personal information. This enables quick and reliable identification of you. Your LEGO ID can be used for various online LEGO applications at LEGO.com, in LEGO apps or in other digital products from the LEGO Group. All digital LEGO applications where you can use your LEGO ID are described at LEGO.com. We recommend that you visit this website before creating a LEGO ID account.
What can your LEGO ID account be used for?
Once you have created your LEGO ID account, you can use it for all applications at LEGO.com, in LEGO apps and on other LEGO gaming platforms requiring a login.
Create & Share
Sign up to a network of other LEGO fans at LEGO.com, and post your ideas and views on our message boards (additional requirements may apply).
Upload images/videos of your models to the image galleries.
Participate in competitions (additional conditions may apply).
Get involved in more fun things as the LEGO.com website grows and changes.
Join the LEGO Club (additional conditions may apply).
Play online games (additional requirements may apply).
Chat and play with other players (moderated by the LEGO Group – additional requirements may apply).
Play on other platforms not operated by the LEGO Group (only your usernames are shared for verification purposes, and the platform must meet LEGO standards).
LEGO Community (min. 13 years of age)
Participate in and contribute to the ReBrick and LEGO Ideas communities (additional conditions may apply).

Who can create a LEGO ID account?
A LEGO ID is free and children as well as adults can create a LEGO ID account.
As children’s online safety is a priority at LEGO.com, younger children will be asked to provide their parent or legal guardian’s email address. The parent or legal guardian will then receive a LEGO ID account activation email and will be asked to activate the account.
It is important that parents or legal guardians are aware of how their children use the applications at LEGO.com, in LEGO apps and on other LEGO gaming platforms. We therefore encourage the parents or the legal guardian to start using the applications with their children and agree together whether further guidelines should apply.
What information is required to create a LEGO ID account?
When creating a LEGO ID account, we require personal data, such as email addresses, date of birth, country of residence and gender.
The email address is used to send you information about your account and other system-related information as required.
You may be asked to add other personal information (such as favorite color, food, music, etc.) to your profile which you hereby accept. All your information is used to provide you with a relevant and appropriate online experience.
You must not use your name as your username.
Acceptance of LEGO® ID terms and conditions
As the owner of a LEGO® ID account, you must accept the following:
1) A LEGO ID account gives you and/or your child the opportunity to use your LEGO ID as described above.
2) Your username must not be discriminating, unethical or in any other way offensive, and it must not contain a name.
3) Uploaded material must not be illegal, misleading or violate anyone's rights.
4) Games, message boards or email forms at LEGO.com or in LEGO apps must not be misused or manipulated in any way.
5) You have accepted that your child may participate in LEGO competitions. We will send you a notice of the competition terms with the possibility of opting out.
6) You must comply with all relevant guidelines and the LEGO Group promise (http://www.LEGO.com/en-us/legal/legal-notice) when using LEGO Group experiences.
Failure to comply with the above may, in serious cases, lead to suspension, revocation of membership privileges or deletion of a LEGO ID account at our discretion. If membership privileges are revoked, this may result in the loss of points earned, status, loss of access to paid services, such as games, or discontinuation of LEGO Club membership. You should familiarize yourself with the guidelines that apply to each LEGO Group experience.
How do I update/delete a LEGO ID account?
Your personal information can be updated at any time using your LEGO ID account. Date of birth and gender cannot be updated for legal reasons, but parents’/guardian’s email address may be changed by contacting our Customer Service.
A LEGO ID account may at any time be deleted by the user who created it. If the account has a monetary value, additional requirements may apply in connection with deletion.
How can we change the terms for your LEGO ID account?
Given the rapid development of new applications at LEGO.com, on other trusted websites or in LEGO apps, we may be forced to change these terms and conditions.
If such changes occur, you will of course receive a message explaining the changes in an email or when you sign in to your LEGO ID account. Please respond, if you cannot accept the new terms and conditions.
